We will explore what happens when emotional and physical pain collide. This is a compassionate, body-centered look at how stress, worry, grief, and prolonged emotional strain can show up as physical pain. We’ll also explore how avoidance can compound pain, while presence helps us move towards relief.
Through gentle energy work and therapeutic touch practices, participants will learn how staying present with what hurts can help the body return to safety.
