Life can be stressful, and sometimes that stress gets stuck in our bodies. This workshop is a gentle introduction to somatic movement, a way toreconnect with your body, move mindfully and release tension.
This workshop will use music to gently guide you through movements to slowly “heat up” and then “cool down” your nervous system. Flowing movements are aimed at releasing physical and emotional tension. Discover how simple yet profound gentle movements can bring about a sense of release, relaxation, and restoration.
No experience is needed—just bring an open heart and a willingness to move.
