FreeDo you say yes when you really want to say no?
Do you worry about disappointing others, even when it costs you your energy, time, or peace?
Do you feel guilty for having needs at all?
If so, let’s talk about it!
People-pleasing isn’t a personality flaw.
It’s something many of us learned early on as a way to stay connected, keep the peace, and feel safe. But over time, it can leave you exhausted, resentful, anxious, and disconnected from yourself.
This hands-on, supportive workshop is for those who want to understand more why they people-please and begin practicing a different way.
Together, we will:
- explore where people-pleasing comes from
- understand why guilt shows up when you try to set boundaries
- identify the moments you abandon yourself without realizing it
- learn practical tools to pause, respond, and choose yourself more often
This is not about becoming less kind.
It’s about becoming safer to yourself.
