Explore how the power of physical movement can have a positive impact on your emotional wellbeing. Zumba involves cardio and Latin-inspired dance. Zumba is a great exercise also for the mind.
Zumba instructor Diana Bobrow will guide a 40 minute Zumba class (high-energy workout).
Come ready for an enriching experience! It will be an evening for you to move, have fun, release endorphins, root for each other, and lift your spirits.
** Please wear breathable and comfortable clothing, and supportive shoes (sneakers). Bring your water bottle too!
