It’s so frustrating not feeling like yourself when you can’t figure out why, but it’s not uncommon for women in midlife. In this episode, I’m joined by my fellow Leading Lady Ambassador and business bestie, Dr. Sara Poldmae, to have a candid conversation about being a woman in midlife.

Dr. Sara Poldmae is a licensed acupuncturist and doctor of Chinese medicine who has been practicing holistic health care since 1998. Dr. Sara completed her doctorate at the Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego, California. Her training has included over 4,000 hours in acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and Western medicine sciences. Dr. Sara is also a certified functional medicine practitioner with a strong focus on women’s healthcare, including fertility, PCOS, PMS, and menopausal issues. She opened Meadow Hill Wellness in 2005, with the goal of integrating traditional and holistic care to effectively maintain her patients’ lifelong health.
