I can not believe we are celebrating my first year of podcasting on the Leading Lady podcast!
Launching a podcast has been one of the most special ways to connect with all of you.
I think it’s so amazing that this podcast has had the ability to bring this community together. Our community of women in leadership can often feel so isolated, and this show has become a place where you feel heard and connected.
I want to give a special shout out to Stephanie Judice for helping me launch and manage my podcast all year. I couldn’t have done all of this without you!
In Today’s Episode, We Discuss:
- The best thing I did to have a successful launch
- How long it took me to record my first episode
- What I look for when I choose guests
- How I listen to the needs of the Leading Lady audience
- What I have identified as crucial for good content
- How everything for the podcast stays cohesive
- My advice to those that want to launch a podcast
Remember, this podcast isn’t just for me, so if you ever have an idea or something that you’re struggling with, please never hesitate to reach out to me and ask for me to touch on a topic!
Thank you so much for being here! I wouldn’t be celebrating my first year of podcasting without your continued support!
