We’re closing out our author interviews! I’ve loved talking with all of these amazing women and learning about the writing process for We Lead: Volume 2.
Today I’m joined by Dr. Sara Poldmae, Megan Vaughan, Andrea Neville, and Heidi Schmidt.
In this episode, the authors share the main messages of their chapters and how writing helped them better understand their leadership styles.
Although they are all from different backgrounds and work in a variety of industries, these women all have something inspiring to share with our community!
In Today’s Episode We Discuss:
- Why we shouldn’t be afraid to change our goals over time
- Letting go of defining your success based on social media metrics
- How the writing process helps you filter out outside influences and listen more to your heart
- Putting your story out into the world as a means to heal others and not just yourself
- The hardest and most rewarding parts of writing a chapter in We Lead: Volume 2
I’m so grateful to have worked with all of these women. I know their stories represent those of so many in our community.
If you haven’t already, I invite you to buy a copy of We Lead: Volume 2 and dive deeper into what our authors have shared in these past few episodes.
If you have read it, feel free to leave a review so we can spread the word about what these amazing women have to say.
