Julie began teaching in 1981. As a coach for kids with special needs, her focus was primarily yoga posing. From this early experience, she has committed her life’s work to people of all abilities and disabilities. Spending years as a gymnast then on the stage as a singer and performer, Julie is known for her positive joyful energy. Since her entrepreneurial launching of Stretch Your Spirit in 2009, Julie continues to inspire through her work with Celebrate the Pelvic Floor.
As a Pelvic Floor Yoga Teacher and Laughter Yoga Leader, she empowers women to rediscover their pelvic floor through balance, positivity, and joy. She says, “I LOVE WHAT I DO! It’s so amazing when women feel sexy and stable again through my program of self-discovery.”
