Roxana Rodriguez is the owner of Caliente Grill in Annapolis, one of our family’s favorite restaurants. She is also the owner of American Postal, so she is a serial entrepreneur. Roxana is constantly getting out there, starting businesses, helping others start businesses, and getting involved to provide support to the community.
She believes that building a strong relationship with her community by supporting school fundraising, class presentations, special events, local organizations, sports clubs, and partnerships with other local small businesses is a commitment and a great way for her to contribute back to the success of the community.

I feel so blessed to be in the same community as Roxana because I get to experience her selflessness and passion for supporting others. Even during the pandemic, Roxana stepped up even when she was having a hard time with her own business.
We all need to remember what Roxana says: if you’re passionate about something, do it with your authentic self, and don’t forget to smile!
