It’s no secret that running a business can be scary. You grow a business, put yourself out there, and depend on other people. It can be overwhelming at times and feel impossible to run your business without fear.
Now, I don’t like the term fearless. In fact, I don’t think that we can be fearless. It’s a very real emotion and there is no denying that. However, running our business out of fear can seriously derail us. It can stop us from running our business in alignment with our core mission, vision, and values.
I’ve seen my share of struggles with my businesses in the last couple of years. I know how easy it is to let fear drive your decisions in your business and I’ve had to take a step back and reevaluate.
As business owners, it’s our responsibility to set the mission, vision, and values of our organization and hold people accountable, and you can’t do that from a place of fear. Your quality and standards will suffer and you’ll compromise the integrity of your business.
In Today’s Episode We Discuss:
- How fear holds your business back
- The importance of operating out of your mission, vision, and values
- Why it’s okay to let go of employees if you need to
- The benefits of running your business without fear
If you are thinking about your business and you know that you have tough decisions to make, step away from the fear and step into your core mission, vision, and values. I promise you will win in the end. Your business will be in better alignment with what you want it to be.
If you find that you are operating your business out of fear, let’s talk. Let’s go over how to step out of the fear and get back to bravely leading your business. Send me an email or DM on Instagram, I’d love to hear from you.
