As leading ladies, pursuing passion and certain self-care activities add to our happiness and sense of confidence. For me, I enjoy having a great manicure. I’ve been known to tell people that if they see me without a great looking manicure, you know that things are really wrong with me.

In this episode, I’m so excited to chat with a leading lady who definitely knows the value of a great manicure. Kathy Watson is a licensed nail technician, nail care expert, and entrepreneur.

With over 16 years of experience, she’s worked in all aspects of the industry, including salon ownership, medical, hospital, and editorial; and has seen the good, bad and ugly. Her love for nails and entrepreneurship began as a kid while accompanying her mom to the nail salon.

Her experience and passion have led her to create Polish Change, a nail creative company based in Annapolis, Maryland. Polish Change lets clients express their style, mood, and creativity through non-toxic polish, decals, and full coverage nail tips called Falsettos™. Kathy and Polish Change want to reinvent the way clients get a manicure.
