This chapter is about getting in tune with your emotions. We all respond emotionally to things every day, but sometimes those emotional responses might not look the way we want them to. By getting to the root of what causes your emotional responses, you can have more control over how you show up and respond to people and situations. You can show up as the person you really want to be.
